Terms and Conditions

A NON-REFUNDABLE Retainer Fee is required to book an appointment. This comes off the final cost of your tattoo and holds your appointment time. The Retainer Fee will range from $50-$100 depending on the size of the piece. For larger multi session pieces, this will carry over as payment for the final session of your piece.

Your Retainer Fee will be forfeit if:

• You cancel, no exceptions
• You no call, no show
• You reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment
• You reschedule the original appointment more than twice
• You change the concept of your piece significantly more than twice, or within 24 hours of your appointment

Additionally:

• No designs or drafts will be emailed, text messaged or otherwise previewed or shown until the appointment date.  Unless instructed or planned otherwise.
• If any changes need to be made to a design they will be made on the spot. If we can't agree on the changes and your are not comfortable moving forward, we will honor your Retainer Fee and reschedule for the soonest available date and your Retainer Fee will carry over.
• The Retainer Fee also serves as a drawing fee, se we are compensated for our time creating your design. Whether that is drawing time, Photoshop or searching for references.
• If you need to reschedule please do so within 48 hours of the original appointment.
• If you are running late please call if possible to communicate that. You will not lose your Retainer Fee if you are running late, 30 mins late or longer will result in having to reschedule.
• Failure to communicate that you couldn't make the appointment for whatever reason (no call, no show) will result in a forfeit of your Retainer Fee.
• If your Retainer Fee is forfeited you will have to put down another one in order to book an appointment again.
